- Product is amazing, but customer service is lacking.Absolutely the most dignified and handsome set for the Lord's table! I've been searching for the perfect communion ware for weeks and this is the absolute best. Each crafted peice has a nice weight - it isn't flimsy or thin, and the satin finish is very beautiful. I recommend that you closely review your order because they tried to ship me only one bread plate instead of the four that was in the package. Also, I asked and paid for overnight shipping so we would have it for Sunday service, but didn't receive the order until Monday, which was a huge, huge disappointment. The product is amazing, but the customer service is lacking.
