Kingdom's Shipping Policy

• We cannot ship to a PO Box with our standard shipping. However, if this service is needed we will contact you with the postal rate prior to shipment.

• A delivery address that is different from the billing address MUST be verified by phone and will delay your order from being immediately processed. This is for the protection of our customers.

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will require additional fees, a representative from Kingdom will contact you to arrange for payment of these fees.

Shipping to a Church or Business? These orders will require a signature. Please be sure someone will be available to receive the package when it is delivered.

If your order totals more than 150 pounds, or if your desired shipping method is not displaying, please call 1-800-480-1011 for available shipping options and charges.

Please note: Orders processed after 2 PM Eastern Time may be processed the next business day. Orders after 2 PM on Friday until Monday 8:30 AM Eastern Time will be processed on Monday. Please note this information when selecting expedited shipping methods, provided the item is in stock and we can verify the order and payment method (by phone if needed).

While Kingdom and Kingdom.com will do everything possible to meet acceptable delivery dates, such as may have been quoted or acknowledged by our sales representatives, these are only estimated dates of delivery. The company accepts no liability for delays in delivery.
