At Kingdom, we strive to bring you, our customer, the highest quality products at highly competitive prices. When you purchase from Kingdom, you can be sure that you are receiving first quality media and sound equipment and a world class to commitment customer service. 

At Kingdom, we guarantee you the lowest price in the industry. If you find a lower advertised price for the exact same product, we will beat it! Simply provide adequate documentation of the competitor’s offer. Valid only on all new-in-the box products of the same brand and model that are available at any other authorized dealer for the product advertised. The item must be identical, having the same U.S. Manufacturer’s Warranty, same model number, and contain the same components. The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from a company who is authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product. Computer screen shots are not acceptable as proof of a competitor’s price. The lower price must be accurate and live on a competitor’s site at the time of the price match.

Quantity Limits
At times when Kingdom is able to offer you exceptional offers and savings, Kingdom reserves the right to limit the number that you can purchase. Any quantity limitations will be clearly stated within the offer copy.

MSRP or List Pricing
Except where otherwise noted, MSRP or List Pricing is the full retail price suggested by the manufacturer or supplier or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The List Price is a comparative estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent “open-stock” prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer’s estimated or suggested retail price of each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.

Fluctuating prices and models of electronic technology
The electronics market is ever changing. New innovations in technology seem to happen overnight. Therefore, though Kingdom makes every effort to give you accurate information, we reserve the right to change prices, colors, materials, specifications, and quantities mentioned in our Web site, print catalog, or other promotions without notice or obligation. Also, Kingdom is not obligated to honor typographical errors on our web site or in our printed materials.

Coupons and Promotional Certificates
If using a promotional offer, such as a coupon or certificate, it is imperative that you enter the exact code given. Some promotional offers are restricted to one per customer, and require a minimum or specific purchase. Please feel free to contact us if you have a question about, or are having difficulty redeeming a specific coupon or certificate.

Refunds
Should you return an order that was placed using a coupon or promotional certificate, your refund or applicable credit will not be issued for the amount of the coupon/ certificate.

Manufacturer Rebates and Promotional Offers
At times, manufacturers of products sold through Kingdom.com offer additional monetary incentives for the purchase of their products. These offers usually consist of either a monetary rebate, or a free gift that comes with the purchase of a certain item. In these cases, the promotional offer is a transaction between you and the company initiating the offer (the manufacturer). It is up to you to claim the stated offer. Terms and conditions of individual offers vary. In order to qualify for an offer, you must place your order and provide requested documentation by the date specified.

Mail-in Rebates
For Mail-in Rebates, please print, fill out and mail the rebates to the specified address. Most Mail-in offers require that you send in the original or a copy of the UPC barcode. You may also need to print a copy of your invoice to include with your rebate form. Once you have completed your rebate form and submitted it, please contact the manufacturer to check on your rebate’s status.
