Track Your Order Status and History at Kingdom
Order History
Please follow these steps:
1. Login to Your Account: You can view your order history and order status by logging into your account on Kingdom.com.
2. Creating an Account: If you placed a phone order or ordered online as a guest without logging in, your order history may not be available. To ensure you can view your future online orders, create an account and make sure you're logged in during check-out.
Order Status
Processing/Printed - You order has been received, an internet order specialist is currently processing your order. Please monitor your email box, you may be contacted via email with any questions or regarding any delays in shipment.
Approved - Your payment has been approved and your order is being processed. Again, please monitor your email box for communication from an internet order specialist.
Shipped - Your order is on it's way! Tracking will be available in 2 business days.
Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled.
Suspected Fraud - Your sercurity is important! Our fraud verification process has flagged your order for review. For your protection, an internet order specialist will research your order, in most cases, we are able to quickly resolve any questions or potential problems. If necessary, we will contact you, please monitor your email box for communication.
If you wish to reorder
Click the reorder button next to the order you wish to Reorder and the products will be automatically added to your cart for checkout.
To Track Your Order
Click on the View Order link, there will be a track my order link on the next page. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, unless indicated otherwise on the product page. Tracking information will be available within 2 business days of shipment.
